Opera is the least popular of the popular browsers. Internet Explorer is overwhelmingly the most popular of the popular browsers. So naturally, Opera Software ASA filed a complaint with the European Commission seeking to remedy this. They have two complaints. The first is that Microsoft should be forced to either stop bundling IE with Windows, or to carry alternative browsers pre-installed on the desktop.
